Senior Backend Engineer - Distributed Systems

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable and robust microservices and distributed systems .
• Develop efficient APIs and integrate with third-party services, ensuring seamless data flow.
• Optimize application performance, database interactions, and system architecture for high throughput and low latency.
• Write clean, maintainable, and thoroughly tested code in languages such as Java, Go, or Python.
• Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to technology selection decisions.
• Collaborate with front-end developers, product managers, and DevOps engineers to deliver high-quality software.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of professional experience in backend development , with a focus on distributed systems .
• Strong proficiency in one or more backend programming languages (e.g., Java, Go, Python, C#).
• Deep understanding of distributed systems concepts, concurrency, and asynchronous processing.
• Experience with message queuing systems (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ) and relational/NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
