Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement complex backend services and APIs using Java and related frameworks (e.g., Spring Boot).
• Write clean, well-documented, and thoroughly tested code following industry best practices.
• Optimize application performance, database queries, and system architecture for scalability and reliability.
• Collaborate with frontend developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to define and deliver features.
• Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and mentoring junior engineers.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues in production and development environments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of professional experience in backend software development using Java.
• Strong proficiency with Java 8+ and the Spring framework (Spring Boot, Spring Data, Spring Security).
• Experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and database design principles.
• Familiarity with microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and message queues (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ).
• Experience with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
