Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance backend services and APIs using modern technologies.
- Optimize application performance, database interactions, and system architecture for maximum efficiency and reliability.
- Write clean, well-documented, and thoroughly tested code, participating actively in code reviews.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including front-end developers and product managers, to deliver robust features.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in production environments, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Contribute to the architectural roadmap, evaluating and implementing new technologies and best practices for scalable systems.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 5+ years of professional experience in backend software development.
- Strong proficiency in one or more backend programming languages such as Python, Java, Go, or Node.js.
- Deep understanding of database systems (SQL and NoSQL), caching mechanisms, and distributed systems design.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to work effectively in a remote team setting.
