Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of scalable, high-performance backend services and APIs.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using modern programming languages (e.g., Python, Go, Java).

• Collaborate with product managers, frontend engineers, and DevOps to deliver robust features.
• Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and champion best practices in software development.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues in production environments and implement effective solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in backend software development .
• Strong proficiency in one or more backend languages such as Python, Go, or Java.
• Expertise in designing and working with relational and/or NoSQL databases.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Solid understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote setting.
