Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code using languages such as Python, Java, or Go.
- Develop and manage robust APIs and microservices for internal and external consumption.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and security.
- Collaborate with front-end developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality features.
- Implement and manage database solutions, ensuring data integrity and performance.
- Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior engineers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of professional experience in backend software development .
- Strong expertise in at least one modern backend programming language (e.g., Python, Java, Go, Node.js).
- In-depth knowledge of database technologies (SQL and NoSQL) and ORM frameworks.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Solid understanding of software design patterns, data structures, and algorithms.
