Senior Bakery NPD Lead — From Concept to Launch

FMCG executive network is recruiting for a Senior NPD Technologist to join its manufacturing site near Winsford. You will lead NPD projects from concept through to launch, collaborating with customers, production, technical, procurement and commercial teams to deliver new bakery products that meet quality, cost and operational targets.

Key tasks include factory trials, scale-ups, product specs, supplier liaison, and supporting customer presentations.
