Senior Band 7 Pharmacist – Hospital Medicines Optimisation

Pulse Healthcare is seeking an experienced Band 7 Pharmacist to join the Bristol hospital pharmacy team on a 3‑month maternity cover, ASAP start. Monday to Friday 08:45–17:15, £30–£31 per hour, on site.

You will deliver clinical pharmacy services on designated wards, oversee medicines optimisation, conduct medicines reconciliation and contribute to discharge planning, in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team. GPhC registered with hospital experience preferred.
