This role requires a master of classic and contemporary barbering techniques, alongside expertise in beard styling and men's skincare. Key Responsibilities

• Perform precision haircuts, fades, shaves, and beard trims using traditional and modern barbering techniques.
• Provide expert advice on men's grooming products, hairstyles, and skincare routines.
• Maintain the highest standards of salon hygiene and sanitation for all tools and workspaces.
• Engage clients in a professional and friendly manner, ensuring a comfortable and personalized grooming experience.
• Assist in training and guiding junior barbers, sharing expertise and best practices.
• Manage appointment scheduling and client records efficiently.

Requirements

• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Barbering or equivalent qualification.
• A minimum of 4 years of professional experience as a Barber .
• Proven expertise in cutting, styling, and wet shaving techniques.
• Strong knowledge of men's skincare and beard care products and trends.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills, with a passion for men's grooming.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced salon environment.
