Key Responsibilities

• Perform a full range of barbering services, including precision haircuts, fades, beard trims, styling, and hot towel shaves.
• Consult with clients to understand their desired look and provide expert recommendations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming barbershop environment.
• Mentor and guide junior barbers, sharing expertise and best practices in barbering techniques.
• Manage appointment bookings and provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Recognized qualification or significant apprenticeship in Barbering.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional barbering experience.
• Proficiency in a wide array of barbering tools and techniques, including scissor cuts, clipper work, and traditional wet shaves.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with diverse clientele.
