Key Responsibilities

• Perform expert haircuts, fades, styling, hot towel shaves, and beard shaping.
• Consult with clients to understand their preferences and provide tailored grooming advice.
• Maintain impeccable hygiene and sterilization standards for all tools and equipment.
• Mentor and guide junior barbers, sharing advanced techniques and best practices.
• Contribute to the shop's atmosphere by providing friendly, professional, and engaging customer service.

Requirements

• Recognised Barbering Qualification or equivalent experience.
• A minimum of 4 years' experience as a professional Barber.
• Proficiency in a wide range of barbering techniques and styles.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse clientele.
• A keen eye for detail and a passion for men's grooming.
