Senior Bars & Beverage Lead – Large-Scale Events

Legends Global at York Racecourse seeks an experienced Senior Bars Manager to lead the drinks operation across 50+ bars and hospitality suites. On race days hosting up to 35,000 guests, you will drive sales, develop the retail offer and manage a large team to deliver flawless service.

You will oversee stock, scheduling, compliance and the customer experience across events, conferences and banquets in a large venue, applying strong leadership and EPOS expertise.
