This role involves providing exceptional customer service, expert product advice, and driving sales within a dynamic retail environment. You will be a brand ambassador, knowledgeable about a wide range of beauty products, and adept at creating engaging customer experiences. Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers in selecting appropriate beauty products, offering personalized consultations and makeup applications.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through effective sales techniques and product knowledge.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards, ensuring the beauty counter is clean, organised, and well-stocked.
- Provide training and mentorship to junior beauty advisors, sharing expertise and best practices.
- Stay informed about new product launches, promotions, and beauty trends to effectively advise customers.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a retail beauty advisor role, with a strong understanding of cosmetic products.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales goals in a retail setting.
- A passion for the beauty industry and a keen interest in skincare, makeup, and fragrance.
- Previous experience in a senior or supervisory role is advantageous.
