Key Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve customer inquiries and issues via multiple digital channels, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolutions.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Beauty Advisor, esthetician, or similar role within the beauty or wellness sector, with at least 3 years in a client-facing capacity.
• Extensive knowledge of beauty products, skincare routines, makeup application, and general wellness principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with clients virtually and empathetically.
