About the Role

Our client, a prestigious beauty retailer in Cambridge , is seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Beauty Advisor to lead their beauty counter. This role requires exceptional customer service skills, in-depth product knowledge across various cosmetic and skincare brands, and the ability to drive sales. You will be responsible for advising customers, demonstrating products, and maintaining visual merchandising standards within the Cambridgeshire store. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for beauty, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in retail sales and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice and personalized recommendations to customers on beauty products, including makeup, skincare, and fragrance.
• Conduct product demonstrations and offer mini-makeovers or consultations to enhance the customer experience.
• Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through effective sales techniques and customer engagement.
• Maintain the presentation and stock levels of the beauty counter, ensuring it is clean, organized, and visually appealing.
• Train and mentor new beauty advisors, sharing product knowledge and sales strategies.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a retail beauty advisor or similar sales role, preferably with some supervisory experience.
• Extensive knowledge of beauty products, brands, and current trends.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment and meet sales goals.
