About the Role

Our client, a premium beauty retailer in Norwich , is seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Senior Beauty Consultant & Skincare Advisor . This role involves providing expert advice on skincare, makeup, and fragrance, helping customers find the perfect products to meet their needs. You will leverage your in-depth product knowledge and understanding of skin types and concerns to deliver exceptional consultations and drive sales. As a senior member of the team, you will also assist in training new consultants, merchandising displays, and maintaining the high standards of the beauty counter, creating an engaging and luxurious shopping experience for all customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide personalized beauty consultations, including skincare analysis and makeup application.
• Educate customers on product benefits, ingredients, and usage.
• Achieve and exceed personal and store sales targets.
• Maintain immaculate presentation of the beauty counter, including stock management and visual merchandising.
• Assist in training and mentoring new beauty consultants on product knowledge and sales techniques.

Requirements

• Proven experience in beauty retail or as a skincare specialist.
• In-depth knowledge of skincare, makeup, and fragrance categories.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• A passion for beauty and a talent for building customer rapport.
• Experience in a senior or supervisory role within beauty retail is advantageous for this Norwich position.
