About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Beauty Consultant and Trainer to join their fully remote team. This role offers the unique opportunity to combine expert beauty advisory services with training and development for new team members. You will engage with clients virtually, offering personalized beauty advice, product recommendations, and application guidance, while also playing a key role in onboarding and upskilling new consultants. Working from home, you will contribute to a customer-centric approach, ensuring an exceptional client experience and fostering a skilled, knowledgeable team in the digital beauty space, for a company dedicated to innovation and excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert virtual consultations to clients, offering personalized advice on skincare, makeup, and beauty products.
• Assist clients in selecting products that best meet their needs, skin type, and desired results.
• Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for new beauty consultants, covering product knowledge, sales techniques, and client interaction standards.
• Mentor and coach junior consultants, providing feedback and support to enhance their performance.
• Create engaging content for client education, such as tutorials, tips, and guides, across digital platforms.
• Stay current with beauty industry trends, product launches, and best practices in remote client engagement.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a beauty consultancy or retail role, with strong product knowledge across multiple brands.
• Proven experience in training, mentoring, or team leadership within the beauty industry.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, comfortable in a virtual setting.
• Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service and build client rapport.
