About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly experienced and client-oriented Senior Beauty Consultant to join their sophisticated beauty emporium in Cambridge . This role involves providing expert advice on skincare, makeup, and beauty products, alongside delivering premium beauty treatments. You will be instrumental in guiding customers towards products and services that meet their specific needs, fostering loyalty and enhancing their overall beauty experience. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the beauty industry, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service within a high-end retail and service environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide personalized consultations and expert recommendations on skincare, cosmetics, and beauty products.
• Perform high-quality beauty treatments, including makeup application, facials, and brow shaping.
• Educate clients on product usage, ingredient benefits, and current beauty trends.
• Maintain an immaculate and well-stocked beauty counter or treatment room.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business and customer satisfaction.
• Assist with inventory management and visual merchandising to optimize product presentation.

Requirements

• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification in Beauty Therapy or Make-up Artistry.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in beauty consultation and/or beauty therapy.
• Extensive knowledge of skincare, cosmetics, and beauty brands.
• Excellent communication, sales, and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and a passion for the beauty industry.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail and service setting.
