About the Role

Our client, a premium beauty retailer in the vibrant city of Brighton , is seeking a sophisticated and knowledgeable Senior Beauty Consultant . This role is for an individual with a passion for all things beauty, exceptional customer service skills, and a flair for sales. You will be responsible for providing expert advice on skincare, cosmetics, and fragrance, assisting customers in finding the perfect products to suit their needs. Working within a dynamic retail environment, you'll contribute to maintaining the store's reputation for excellence and driving sales targets, whilst mentoring junior team members and enhancing the customer shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide personalized consultations and recommendations on skincare, make-up, and fragrance.
• Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through effective selling techniques.
• Educate customers on product benefits, usage, and routines.
• Maintain impeccable visual merchandising standards for beauty counters and displays.
• Assist in training and guiding new beauty consultants.
• Manage stock levels and ensure accurate inventory management.

Requirements

• Proven experience in beauty retail or a similar client-facing role.
• In-depth knowledge of skincare, cosmetics, and fragrance brands.
• Excellent sales and communication skills, with a customer-centric approach.
