Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice and guidance on beauty product usage, application techniques, and post-treatment care through digital channels.
• Maintain detailed and accurate client records and treatment histories using the company's secure CRM system.

• Occasionally assist in creating engaging online content, such as video tutorials or blog posts, to educate and attract clients.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a qualified Beauty Therapist , with a strong portfolio of diverse treatments.
• NVQ Level 3 qualification or equivalent professional certification in Beauty Therapy.
• Proven ability to conduct effective online consultations and build rapport with clients virtually.
• Proficiency in using digital communication tools, video conferencing software, and CRM systems.
• Excellent understanding of skincare, cosmetic ingredients, and various beauty treatment modalities.
• Strong sales and client relationship management skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
