Key Responsibilities

• Perform a comprehensive menu of spa treatments, including advanced facials, massage therapies, body wraps, and nail services.
• Consult with clients to understand their needs and preferences, recommending tailored treatment plans and home care advice.
• Lead and inspire a team of beauty therapists, providing training, support, and performance management.
• Maintain impeccable cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms and spa facilities.
• Manage stock levels of spa products and ensure effective retail sales through client recommendations.
• Uphold the spa's commitment to relaxation, rejuvenation, and superior client service.

Requirements

• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification in Beauty Therapy.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in a senior beauty therapy role, preferably within a spa setting.
• Proven expertise in massage, skincare, and holistic therapies.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a passion for client care.
• Knowledge of spa etiquette and a commitment to maintaining a serene and professional atmosphere.
