About the Role

Our client is seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Senior Beauty Therapist to join their thriving salon in Newcastle upon Tyne . In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional beauty treatments and providing outstanding client care, while also contributing to the training and development of junior team members. You will play a key part in maintaining the salon's reputation for excellence and ensuring a luxurious client experience. Key Responsibilities

• Provide a wide range of high-quality beauty treatments, including advanced facials, body therapies, waxing, and nail services.
• Conduct detailed client consultations to understand their needs and recommend bespoke treatment plans.
• Mentor and guide junior therapists, ensuring adherence to service standards and best practices.
• Maintain immaculate treatment rooms and adhere to strict health and safety regulations.
• Contribute to stock management and retail sales, promoting and advising clients on suitable products.
• Assist in developing new service offerings and treatment protocols to enhance the salon’s menu.

Requirements

• Relevant professional qualification, such as NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy or equivalent.
• A minimum of 4 years' experience as a qualified Beauty Therapist , with a proven track record in delivering advanced treatments.
• Proficiency in diverse beauty techniques, including but not limited to, advanced skin analysis , laser hair removal, and microdermabrasion.
• Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and willingness to undertake additional responsibilities.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including some weekends, to meet business needs.
