Key Responsibilities

• Perform advanced beauty treatments including facials, body treatments, waxing, tinting, and micro-needling.
• Conduct thorough client consultations, assessing skin and body needs and recommending appropriate treatments and home care.
• Maintain meticulous hygiene and sanitation standards in all treatment areas and with all equipment.
• Provide expert advice on skincare, makeup, and other beauty-related services offered by the salon.
• Manage client bookings, records, and payments efficiently.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior therapists, sharing expertise and best practices.

Requirements

• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification in Beauty Therapy.
• A minimum of 6 years of proven experience as a Beauty Therapist in a professional salon or spa.
• Proficiency in a wide range of facial techniques, body treatments, and hair removal methods.
• Experience with medical-grade skincare products and equipment is essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong emphasis on client care.
