Key Responsibilities

• Perform a comprehensive range of high-end beauty treatments including facials, waxing, manicures, pedicures, and advanced skincare procedures.
• Provide expert consultations to clients, understanding their needs and recommending appropriate treatments and products.
• Maintain immaculate hygiene and safety standards in treatment rooms and across the salon premises.
• Supervise and guide junior beauty therapists, offering training and support to enhance their skills and service delivery.
• Manage appointment schedules efficiently, ensuring optimal client flow and therapist utilization.
• Contribute to inventory management, including stock takes and ordering of beauty products and supplies.

Requirements

• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification in Beauty Therapy.
• A minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a Beauty Therapist, with demonstrable expertise in advanced treatments.
• Proven ability to consult with clients and tailor treatment plans effectively.
• Excellent knowledge of skincare products and industry trends.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
