Key Responsibilities
- Perform advanced beauty treatments including facials, massages, waxing, manicures, and pedicures with precision and expertise.
- Conduct thorough client consultations to understand their needs and recommend appropriate treatments and products.
- Maintain impeccable hygiene standards within the treatment rooms and salon at all times.
- Manage appointment schedules efficiently and ensure a seamless client flow throughout the day.
- Mentor and train junior therapists, sharing best practices and fostering a positive team environment.
Requirements
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification in Beauty Therapy or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience working as a qualified Beauty Therapist in a professional salon setting.
- Proven ability to perform a wide range of treatments to a high standard.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Strong understanding of skincare principles and product knowledge.
