Key Responsibilities
- Perform advanced facial treatments, skin analysis, and recommend personalised skincare regimes.
- Provide expert application of eyelash extensions, brow shaping, and tinting services.
- Conduct consultations to understand client needs and offer tailored treatment plans.
- Manage client bookings, maintain accurate treatment records, and ensure a seamless client journey.
- Train and mentor junior therapists, sharing best practices and advancing their skills.
- Uphold the highest standards of hygiene and safety protocols within the salon environment.
Requirements
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification in Beauty Therapy.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Beauty Therapist, with proven expertise in advanced treatments.
- Excellent knowledge of skincare, cosmetic ingredients, and current beauty trends.
- Strong client consultation and communication skills, with a focus on building long-term relationships.
- Proficiency in using salon management software and digital booking systems.
