Key Responsibilities

• Perform a wide spectrum of beauty treatments, including waxing, manicures, pedicures, facials, and massage therapies.
• Conduct thorough client consultations to understand their needs and recommend appropriate treatments and products.
• Maintain immaculate hygiene standards in treatment rooms and all salon areas.
• Promote salon services and retail products to clients, meeting sales targets.
• Assist in the training and development of junior beauty therapists, sharing your expertise and best practices.
• Manage appointment scheduling and client bookings efficiently to ensure smooth salon operations.

Requirements

• Relevant beauty therapy qualification (e.g., NVQ Level 3 or equivalent).
• Minimum of 4 years' experience as a qualified Beauty Therapist , with demonstrable expertise in a variety of treatments.
• Strong knowledge of skincare, makeup application, and current beauty trends.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills, with a passion for client satisfaction.
• Experience in a supervisory or senior role is advantageous.
• Proficiency in using salon management software.
