Key Responsibilities

• Perform a wide array of beauty treatments including facials, waxing, massage, tinting, and nail services.
• Provide expert consultations to clients, assessing their needs and recommending suitable treatments and products.
• Maintain immaculate hygiene standards in all treatment areas and equipment.
• Manage appointment schedules efficiently and ensure a smooth client journey.
• Uphold the salon's commitment to exceptional customer service and brand standards.
• Train and mentor junior beauty therapists, providing guidance on techniques and client interaction.

Requirements

• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification in Beauty Therapy.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Beauty Therapist with a diverse treatment skillset.
• Proficiency in advanced facial techniques, body treatments, and professional skincare analysis.
• Excellent client consultation and communication skills.
• A passion for beauty and delivering exceptional client experiences in Southampton .
