About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Beauty Therapist to join their reputable salon in the heart of Aberdeen . Key Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of advanced beauty treatments including facials, waxing, manicures, pedicures, and massage therapies.
• Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate treatments and skincare products.
• Maintain impeccable hygiene standards and ensure the treatment rooms are clean and well-equipped.
• Provide exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients and ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
• Mentor and guide junior therapists, sharing expertise and best practices to enhance team skills.
• Manage appointment schedules efficiently and handle client bookings and inquiries.

Requirements

• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification in Beauty Therapy or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a qualified Beauty Therapist, with proven expertise in advanced treatments.
• Excellent knowledge of skincare, beauty products, and the latest industry trends.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for client care.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
• Proficiency in client record-keeping and appointment management systems.
