Our client, a premier beauty and wellness establishment in Aberdeen , is seeking an experienced and dedicated Senior Beauty Therapist to lead their team. Key Responsibilities
- Perform a comprehensive suite of beauty treatments including facials, waxing, massage, nail care, and advanced aesthetic procedures.
- Conduct detailed client consultations to assess needs, recommend appropriate treatments, and build lasting relationships.
- Maintain meticulous client records and ensure adherence to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Manage stock levels for treatments and retail products, assisting with ordering and inventory control.
- Uphold the salon's high standards of customer service, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere at all times.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3-5 years' experience as a qualified Beauty Therapist .
- NVQ Level 3 qualification in Beauty Therapy or equivalent.
- Proficiency in a wide range of beauty treatments, with specialization in at least one area (e.g., advanced facials, laser hair removal).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for client care.
- A proactive approach to staying updated on industry trends and new techniques.
