Our client is seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Beauty Therapist to lead their team in a prestigious salon located in the heart of London . This pivotal role involves delivering a comprehensive range of high-end beauty treatments, mentoring junior therapists, and ensuring an exceptional client experience from consultation to completion. Key Responsibilities

• Perform advanced beauty treatments including facials, massages, waxing, manicures, and pedicures with precision and care.
• Provide expert consultations to clients, assessing their needs and recommending suitable treatments and products.
• Supervise and guide junior beauty therapists, offering training and performance feedback.
• Maintain immaculate treatment rooms and adhere strictly to health, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Manage appointment schedules efficiently and ensure seamless client flow throughout the day.

Requirements

• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification in Beauty Therapy.
• A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience as a Beauty Therapist, with at least 1 year in a senior or supervisory capacity.
• Proven expertise in a wide range of beauty treatments and product knowledge.
• Exceptional client care and communication skills, with a friendly and professional demeanour.
• Strong understanding of hygiene protocols and health and safety regulations within the beauty industry.
