About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a broad spectrum of beauty treatments, including specialized facials, advanced waxing, and intimate waxing services.
• Conduct detailed consultations to understand client requirements and tailor treatment plans accordingly.
• Maintain immaculate treatment areas, ensuring compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Educate clients on product benefits and recommend suitable retail items to complement their treatments.
• Assist in inventory management and stock control of beauty products and supplies.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years’ experience as a qualified Beauty Therapist .
• NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy or an equivalent industry-recognized qualification.
• Demonstrated expertise in advanced skincare treatments and a variety of waxing techniques.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on client retention.
• Proactive attitude towards professional development and learning new techniques.
