Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a diverse range of beauty treatments, including facials, waxing, massage, nail services, and lash/brow treatments.
• Conduct detailed client consultations to understand their needs and provide personalized treatment recommendations.
• Maintain strict hygiene standards, ensuring all equipment and treatment areas are clean and properly sterilised.
• Assist in the training and development of junior beauty therapists, sharing expertise and best practices.
• Manage appointment schedules efficiently, ensuring minimal waiting times and maximum client satisfaction.
• Promote and sell retail beauty products, educating clients on suitable aftercare regimes.

Requirements

• Relevant qualification such as NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy or equivalent.
• At least 4 years of experience in a professional salon or spa environment.
• Proficiency in a wide array of beauty treatments, with a specialization in advanced facials or similar.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, fostering positive client relationships.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cohesive team, demonstrating initiative.
