Key Responsibilities

• Perform a comprehensive range of beauty treatments, including facials, advanced skin treatments, massage, waxing, and nail services with precision and care.
• Conduct thorough client consultations to understand their needs, recommend suitable treatments, and provide personalized advice on skincare and wellness.
• Lead and mentor junior therapists, providing training on new techniques and ensuring adherence to treatment protocols and hygiene standards.
• Manage appointment schedules, maintain client records, and handle client inquiries and bookings efficiently.
• Contribute to retail sales by advising clients on appropriate product selection and promoting salon services.

Requirements

• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification in Beauty Therapy.
• A minimum of 5 years' experience in a professional beauty salon environment, with proven expertise in advanced treatments.
• Excellent knowledge of skincare science, product ingredients, and various beauty modalities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with a diverse clientele.
• Proficiency in salon management software and general computer skills.
