About the Role

Our client, a highly respected spa and beauty clinic in Stoke-on-Trent , is seeking an accomplished Senior Beauty Therapist to lead their team of dedicated professionals. This role requires an individual with extensive experience across a broad spectrum of beauty treatments, exceptional client care skills, and a passion for maintaining the highest industry standards. As a senior therapist, you will be pivotal in delivering premium treatments and contributing to the ongoing success and reputation of the spa.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide a comprehensive range of beauty treatments including facials, waxing, threading, lash and brow services, and body treatments.
• Conduct detailed client consultations, performing skin analysis and recommending personalized treatment plans and product regimens.
• Operate and maintain various beauty equipment and machinery safely and effectively.
• Ensure the highest standards of hygiene and sanitation are maintained throughout the treatment areas and salon.
• Mentor and support junior therapists, sharing expertise and best practices within the Stoke-on-Trent clinic.
• Manage client appointments and maintain accurate, confidential client records, ensuring smooth scheduling operations.

Requirements

• NVQ Level 2 and 3 qualifications in Beauty Therapy or equivalent certification.
• A minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a qualified Beauty Therapist.
• Proficiency in a wide array of beauty treatments, including advanced facial techniques and electrotherapy.
• Strong understanding of skincare, product ingredients, and various skin conditions.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• A commitment to continuous learning and staying abreast of the latest beauty trends and technologies.
