Senior BI Analyst: Insights & Dashboards for Operations

Lifeplus is seeking a Senior BI Analyst to deliver reporting, dashboards and insight to support operational performance and decision-making. You will translate business needs into meaningful reporting, develop dashboards and outputs, and provide insight for day-to-day operations and strategy.

Applicants will work with operational leaders and Customer Care, maintain data quality, and help grow analytical capability within the team. The role follows a hybrid model with office days in the UK.
