Senior Bid & Proposal Lead — Cities & Planning

Arup in Leeds is seeking a proactive Senior BD Coordinator to join our Cities, Planning & Design Portfolio and lead the bid lifecycle from planning to submission. You will coordinate end-to-end bid production, ensure high-quality proposals, and work with stakeholders to win opportunities.

You will manage content, case studies and CVs, maintain bid libraries and build relationships across sectors to deepen client and market insights while delivering against tight deadlines.
