Senior Bid Manager - Lead Multi-Million £ Wins (Hybrid)

Leonardo UK is seeking a Senior Bid Manager to lead cross-functional teams in the creation of complex, multi‑million‑pound commercial offers. You will define bid strategy, coordinate inputs from engineering, commercial and other teams, and ensure offers meet cost, time and quality requirements.

The role is based in Luton with hybrid working and occasional UK/international travel. The successful candidate will drive governance through bid gates and deliver high‑quality submissions.
