Senior BIM & MEP Technician – Sustainable Design Lead

Cundall Johnston & Partners LLP in Newcastle is seeking a Senior Building Services Technician to produce and coordinate BIM Models and Drawings for MEP design across RIBA stages 2–4 on local and international projects.

You will manage models from setup to final issue, input COBie/IFC/Uniclass data, run clash detection, and contribute to automation developments for Revit and BIM while collaborating with engineers, technicians and BIM leads.
