About the Role

You will be responsible for setting BIM standards, training staff, and ensuring the effective utilization of BIM technologies to enhance design quality, coordination, and project delivery. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement BIM strategies, protocols, and standards for the practice.
• Lead BIM coordination meetings and facilitate clash detection processes.
• Provide technical leadership and training on BIM software and workflows to architectural teams.
• Manage and oversee the creation and maintenance of BIM models and project data.
• Collaborate with project managers and clients to define BIM requirements and deliverables.
• Stay at the forefront of BIM technology advancements and best practices.

Requirements

• Qualified Architect with extensive experience in BIM implementation and management.
• Proven track record of leading BIM processes on large-scale architectural projects.
• Expert proficiency in Revit and Navisworks; knowledge of other BIM software is a plus.
• Deep understanding of BIM standards (e.g., ISO 19650) and their application.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage complex technical challenges remotely.
