About the Role

Our client is actively seeking a proficient Senior BIM Architect to join their fully remote team, contributing to cutting-edge architectural projects. In this role, you will be responsible for the strategic implementation and management of Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes throughout the project lifecycle. You will play a crucial role in developing BIM standards, ensuring data integrity, and facilitating seamless collaboration among distributed project teams. This position is ideal for a dedicated BIM professional who thrives in a remote work environment and possesses a deep understanding of BIM workflows and their application in modern architecture, supporting clients across the UK and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and enforce BIM standards, protocols, and workflows across all projects.
• Manage and coordinate BIM models from design through to construction, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Lead collaborative BIM review sessions with internal teams and external consultants in a virtual setting.
• Provide technical expertise and support for BIM software and processes to project teams.
• Generate reports and analyses from BIM models to support design decisions and project progress tracking.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the firm's BIM capabilities and strategies.

Requirements

• Professional qualification in Architecture or a related discipline.
• Extensive experience in BIM project execution and management.
• Expertise in Revit and Navisworks, with a strong understanding of BIM Level 2 standards.
• Proven ability to develop and implement BIM standards and workflows.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, essential for a remote role.
• Experience with clash detection and model coordination.
