Senior BIM Architect

About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Senior BIM Architect to lead the implementation and management of Building Information Modeling (BIM) strategies for their diverse range of projects, with a focus on supporting operations in Nottingham . Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and enforce BIM standards and protocols for the practice.
• Lead BIM execution planning and manage BIM workflows for complex projects.

• Collaborate with consultants and contractors to ensure seamless BIM integration and data exchange.

Requirements

• Professional qualification in Architecture or a related built environment discipline.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience, with at least 4 years focused on BIM implementation and management.
• Expert proficiency in Revit and a strong understanding of Navisworks, BIM 360, and other related software.
• Proven experience in developing and delivering BIM training programs.
• In-depth knowledge of BIM standards (e.g., ISO 19650) and their application in architectural practice.
