Senior BIM Architect

About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Senior BIM Architect to join their team in Stoke-on-Trent . This role is central to driving the adoption and implementation of Building Information Modelling (BIM) across all projects, ensuring enhanced coordination, efficiency, and data management. You will be responsible for developing BIM strategies, setting standards, and providing expert guidance to design and construction teams. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of BIM strategies and protocols for the practice.
• Establish and maintain BIM standards, templates, and libraries to ensure consistency and quality.
• Provide training and technical support to architects, technologists, and other project team members on BIM software and workflows.
• Oversee the creation and management of BIM models throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with clients and consultants to define BIM requirements and ensure successful project delivery.
• Explore and implement new technologies and workflows to enhance BIM capabilities.

Requirements

• Professional qualification in Architecture or a related construction discipline.
• Extensive experience in BIM architecture , with a proven track record of implementing BIM on complex projects.
• Expertise in Revit and other relevant BIM software (e.g., Navisworks, Solibri).
• Strong understanding of international BIM standards and protocols (e.g., ISO 19650).
• Excellent communication, training, and problem-solving skills.
