Job Description
Our client based in Central London is looking to recruit an experienced Senior BIM/CAD Technician to lead the production and coordination of high-quality AutoCAD and Revit/BIM drawings across fire alarm, security, and structured cabling projects. This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of BIM coordination, drive drawing quality standards, and mentor a growing CAD/BIM team within a technically focused and expanding business. Experience needed:
- Significant experience as a CAD/BIM Technician within fire alarm, security, M&E, or technical services environments.
- Advanced AutoCAD skills with experience producing large-scale system layouts.
- Experience creating schematics, riser diagrams, containment drawings, and equipment layouts.
- Strong understanding of drawing standards and QA processes.
- Revit/BIM modelling and coordination experience.
- Previous experience mentoring or leading CAD/BIM team members. Package:
- Salary to £52,000 (negotiable)
