Senior BIM Coordinator (Remote)

About the Role

Our client is looking for a highly experienced Senior BIM Coordinator to join their innovative team on a fully remote basis. This role is crucial for driving the adoption and implementation of Building Information Modeling (BIM) across a diverse range of architectural and construction projects. You will be responsible for establishing BIM standards, coordinating models, and ensuring effective collaboration among project teams. Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and enforce BIM execution plans and project-specific BIM protocols.
• Coordinate federated models from various disciplines (architectural, structural, MEP) to identify and resolve clashes.
• Ensure the quality, accuracy, and integrity of BIM models throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide technical guidance and support to project teams on BIM software and workflows.
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to define BIM requirements and deliverables.
• Stay current with advancements in BIM technology and best practices, recommending improvements to company processes.

Requirements

• Extensive experience (6+ years) in a BIM coordination or management role, preferably within architecture or construction.
• Expert proficiency with Revit , Navisworks, and other related BIM software.
• Strong understanding of Level 2 BIM standards and requirements.
• Proven ability to manage and coordinate complex BIM models across multiple disciplines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, effective for remote collaboration.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
