Senior BIM Coordinator

About the Role

Our client is looking for an experienced and highly proficient Senior BIM Coordinator to join their fully remote team. This critical role involves overseeing the implementation and management of Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes across a variety of complex architectural projects. You will be responsible for developing BIM strategies, setting standards, and ensuring seamless collaboration among project teams using digital workflows. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement BIM execution plans (BEPs) and project-specific BIM protocols.
• Manage and maintain central model databases and federated models for design coordination.
• Lead and facilitate BIM coordination meetings with project teams and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with company BIM standards and industry best practices.
• Provide training and support to project teams on BIM software and workflows.
• Utilize BIM tools for clash detection, quantification, and design analysis.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in a BIM Coordinator or similar role, with a strong understanding of BIM Level 2 and beyond.
• Expert proficiency in Revit , Navisworks, and other relevant BIM software.
• Proven ability to develop and implement BIM strategies and standards.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, adaptable to remote collaboration.
• Experience with federated models, clash detection, and model quality checks.
