Senior Blockchain Architect

About the Role

Our client is seeking an accomplished Senior Blockchain Architect to lead the design and implementation of robust blockchain solutions from their Reading office. You will be responsible for defining the technical vision, architectural standards, and best practices for our client's blockchain initiatives. This role requires a deep understanding of various blockchain technologies, their applications, and the ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable and secure technical designs. You will play a critical role in shaping our client's strategy in the dynamic crypto and blockchain landscape.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and architect scalable, secure, and efficient blockchain solutions and platforms.
• Define architectural standards, patterns, and best practices for blockchain development.
• Evaluate and select appropriate blockchain technologies and protocols for diverse use cases.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical strategies.
• Ensure the integration of blockchain solutions with existing enterprise systems.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in software architecture, with a strong focus on blockchain technology .
• Proven track record of designing and deploying enterprise-grade blockchain solutions.
• In-depth knowledge of major blockchain platforms (e.g., Ethereum, Hyperledger, Corda) and consensus mechanisms.
• Expertise in cryptography, smart contracts, and distributed ledger technology (DLT).
• Strong understanding of system integration, cloud platforms, and data security principles.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in our Reading office.
