About the Role

Our client, a pioneering firm in the Crypto & Blockchain space, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Blockchain Developer to join their dynamic team in London . Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and audit smart contracts using languages like Solidity for blockchain platforms such as Ethereum.
• Develop and maintain backend infrastructure for decentralized applications, ensuring scalability and security.
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate complex requirements into technical specifications for blockchain solutions.
• Implement and optimize blockchain protocols, consensus mechanisms, and cryptographic techniques.
• Stay abreast of the latest trends and advancements in cryptocurrency , blockchain technology, and DeFi protocols.
• Contribute to the architectural decisions and technical roadmap of our blockchain products.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience (5+ years) in blockchain development , with a strong portfolio of deployed smart contracts and dApps.
• Expertise in Solidity and experience with Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM) compatible chains.
• Proficiency in backend programming languages (e.g., Node.js, Python, Go) and experience with database technologies.
• Deep understanding of DeFi concepts, tokenomics, and financial protocols.
• Familiarity with blockchain security best practices and auditing procedures.
