Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define and deliver new blockchain features and functionalities.
• Conduct thorough testing and auditing of smart contracts and blockchain protocols to ensure security and performance.
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in blockchain technology, consensus mechanisms, and cryptographic principles.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to a culture of technical excellence and knowledge sharing within the team.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Blockchain Developer or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio of deployed projects.
• Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in blockchain development, such as Solidity, Rust, or Go.
• In-depth understanding of blockchain concepts, including distributed ledger technology, consensus algorithms, and cryptography .
• Experience with major blockchain platforms like Ethereum, Solana, or Polkadot.
• Familiarity with Web3.js , Truffle, Hardhat, or similar development tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
