Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems and blockchain infrastructure using modern technologies.
• Architect and implement smart contracts and decentralized applications (dApps) on various blockchain networks.
• Collaborate effectively with a geographically dispersed team of engineers, product managers, and designers using remote collaboration tools.
• Optimize application performance, database interactions, and system architecture for high availability and throughput.
• Write clean, well-documented, and thoroughly tested code, participating actively in remote code reviews .
• Contribute to the strategic direction of our client's blockchain initiatives and technology stack.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in software development, with a significant portion dedicated to blockchain development.
• Strong proficiency in programming languages relevant to blockchain, such as Go, Rust, or Node.js, and experience with Solidity .
• Solid understanding of blockchain protocols, distributed ledger technology (DLT), and consensus mechanisms.
• Experience building and deploying dApps, smart contracts, and working with blockchain APIs.
• Proven ability to work independently and productively in a fully remote setting.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to collaboration in a virtual environment.
