Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define blockchain product roadmaps and technical specifications.
- Conduct thorough research and development into new blockchain technologies, protocols, and cryptographic techniques.
- Implement robust testing strategies, including unit, integration, and security testing for all blockchain components.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to the team's overall technical growth and best practices in blockchain development .
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Blockchain Developer or similar role, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
- In-depth knowledge of blockchain principles, consensus mechanisms, and popular platforms (e.g., Ethereum, Solana, Polygon).
- Proficiency in smart contract development languages such as Solidity, Rust, or Go.
- Experience with cryptographic principles and security best practices in blockchain environments.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, data structures, and algorithms relevant to blockchain technology.
